Robyn Sipe


Robyn is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners. She works with a variety of clients and programs including custom corporate programs, government and military programs, and partner and association programs.

Robyn originally joined Executive Development in December 1998 and was a Program Manager for five years. In 2004, she stepped away to raise her three children and teach preschool. During this time, she also served as a Board Member in a local non-profit health organization, a Girl Scout Leader, and a volunteer in the Durham Public School System. Robyn re-joined the team in September 2015.

A native North Carolinian, Robyn attended North Carolina State University where she earned a BA in communication and public relations.

Robyn lives in Durham and enjoys live music, camping, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.
