Nicole is responsible for the successful preparation and execution of Executive Development program deliveries.
Prior to joining the team, she worked as an administrative assistant for a healthcare services company, where she supported office operations, managed billing processes, and coordinated internal and external communications. Her experience in commercial real estate further strengthened her organizational and analytical skills, as she maintained property records, managed spreadsheets, assisted with property showings, and supported marketing efforts. Most recently, she participated in the STAR (Student Teams Achieving Results) program through UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she contributed to workforce development initiatives across North Carolina.
Nicole has been recognized for her academic excellence and leadership as a Henry Frye Scholar, Hayden Renwick Scholar, and Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholar and alumna. She earned Dean’s List honors each semester during her academic career and authored and published an op-ed on apprenticeship programs in North Carolina through EdNC during graduate school.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Management and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also earned a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and is a Microsoft Excel Certified Associate.
Outside of her professional work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on the Tar Heels. With family roots in Costa Rica, she grew up traveling internationally and values maintaining those connections. She is fluent in Spanish.
