
Meghan is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.
Prior to working with UNC Executive Development, Meghan worked for the town of Cary as a financial strategy analyst. In this role, she acted as the main point of contact regarding budgetary matters for six departments and assisted in formulating operating and capital budget requests. She also conducted special analysis and developed recommendations for grant funding programs. Prior to working for the town of Cary, she worked as a business analyst for Public Consulting Group, Inc., a public sector management consulting and operations improvement firm that partners with health, education, and human services agencies. As a business analyst, she supported five projects across the United States, conducted research and data analysis to support project teams, and prepared internal and client-facing policy briefings regarding Medicaid policy and federal reimbursement dollars. She also worked with clients and colleagues on cost allocation policies for public assistance programs through presentations and training.
Meghan completed a bachelor’s degree in French with a minor in hospitality management from East Carolina University. She also earned master’s degrees in international business from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and in global business development and consulting from Novancia Business School in Paris; during her graduate studies, she had the opportunity to live in Paris, France.
After completing her graduate education, Meghan moved back to her hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys snuggling with her rescue cat, Luna, catching movies at Alamo Drafthouse, and attending musicals at the Durham Performing Arts Center. She also enjoys traveling (either solo or with friends and family) any chance she gets.
