Lillie Christiano


Lillie collaborates with leaders at UNC Executive Development to facilitate projects and initiatives focused on strategy implementation and revenue generation. She integrates organizational project management practices to enhance cross-functional communication, optimize efficiency, and drive impact.

Prior to her current role, Lillie was the Senior Executive Assistant for UNC Executive Development, where she supported the senior leadership team and assisted in project management for key initiatives. She has also collaborated with leaders at several higher-education institutions, including supporting the Associate Vice Chancellor for Environmental Health and Public Safety at North Carolina State University and the Associate Dean for Advancement at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In these roles, she fostered relationships with stakeholders, managed complex calendars, and provided project management support.

Lillie earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Bryan College in 2018 and became a Certified Associate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute in February 2024. She was also a recipient of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School’s 2024 Dean’s Performance Award.

Lillie grew up in the mountains of North Carolina, and after completing college, she was happy to return to her home state. She loves spending time with her partner, Sean, their playful golden retriever, Maple, and enjoying her favorite things: morning coffee, NFL season, and puzzles of all kinds.
