Janal Daniel


Janal is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Janal has over a decade of experience in education administration and nonprofit leadership. She brings a robust background in curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive learning design to her work, consistently leveraging data to drive outcomes and expand educational access across diverse communities.

Previously, Janal served as Director of Learning at a prominent theater organization, where she oversaw core learning programs and collaborated with educators, funders, and community institutions to tailor educational content and remove barriers. Her career reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning, equity in education, and impactful program management, and her work has resulted in customized arts education curriculum aligned with state standards, improved student learning outcomes, and strengthened cross-sector partnerships.

Janal holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts. She holds two master’s degrees: one in nonprofit management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and one in communication from Purdue University’s Brian Lamb School of Communication.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Janal enjoys walking around city lakes, collecting ceramics, attending performing arts events, and taking chess lessons.
