Learning Experience Manager


Jackie is a Learning Experience Manager with UNC Executive Development, where she leads the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and blended programs. She partners with faculty, program teams, and enterprise clients to translate research and business priorities into practical learning journeys that extend impact beyond the classroom.

Jackie began her career as an educator, teaching internationally before joining the Wake County Public School System. In her role as Learning Experience Manager, she focuses on learning experience design, digital learning integration, microlearning, and evaluation strategy. She designs scalable learning assets, optimizes LMS environments, and supports teams in measuring learning outcomes and application. Alongside this work, she supports program delivery and strengthens client partnerships to ensure a seamless and end-to-end participant experience.

Jackie holds a Master of Arts in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Middle Childhood Education with a focus on math and science from the University of Dayton.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys exploring North Carolina with her husband and goldendoodle, Murphy, and spending time with family across the country. On the weekends, you can often find her hiking North Carolina’s trails.
