Haley Mills

Program Manager


Haley is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Prior to this role, Haley spent over seven years in education, beginning her journey as a Peace Corps volunteer in Rwanda and later teaching in the Wake County Public School System. Her diverse teaching experience has equipped her with strong skills in cross-cultural communication, diversity and inclusion, organization, and data analysis. She brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything she does.

Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis in leadership and a minor in business management.

Originally from Colorado, Haley has traveled widely and now calls North Carolina home. Outside of work, you will find her enjoying time with her rescue pup, Hazel, sipping coffee, reading a good book, or playing a lively game of pickleball on a sunny day.
