Hailey Courchia

Associate Director of HR

Hailey oversees the Human Resources operations within Executive Development, orchestrating all facets of the function, including recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, and performance management. Additionally, she serves as the functional lead and HR representative within the management team, actively supporting the organization’s core values.

Originally joining UNC Executive Development in 2017, Hailey briefly departed in 2020 to dedicate time to be with her family in the south of France. However, her passion for Executive Development drew her back in May 2022 — a testament to the team’s unparalleled culture and camaraderie.

Prior to her tenure at Executive Development, Hailey worked on campus in the Human Resources department at the UNC School of Dentistry. She received her degree in French and International Development from Wheaton College, IL.

Hailey’s passion for travel is matched only by her love for exploring new destinations alongside her French husband and young son. Having spent significant time in France and with extended family there, she holds a profound appreciation for European culture and cuisine. Beyond her adventures, Hailey enjoys cooking and baking for her family and friends, her latest culinary venture being the mastery of sourdough bread-making.
