Grace is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.
Grace’s career spans higher education, K-12 international curricula, government programming, and nonprofit service, with a consistent focus on access, development, and community impact. She worked with the Fulbright Association as an English Teaching Assistant in Slovakia, where she supported language learning and cross-cultural exchange. She has also served in the University of Akron’s Upward Bound Math-Science Department, helping underserved communities access educational resources and support. While based in Bratislava, Slovakia, she worked as an International Baccalaureate (IB) educator and coordinator, contributing to the development and ongoing management of IB programs at the middle and high school levels. More recently, she supported the North Carolina General Assembly as an Event Coordinator Assistant for the Semiquincentennial Committee.
A Fulbright Scholar, Grace holds bachelor’s degrees in history and secondary education from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Master of Science in Sports Policy, Management, and International Development from the University of Edinburgh.
After living in Slovakia for four years, Grace relocated to North Carolina. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, and making her new house feel like home.
