Faith Lackey

Faith is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Faith began her career in the professional sports industry. She was selected by Haslam Sports Group for the HSG Fellowship, a rotational program where she worked closely with two major league sports teams: the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League and the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer. Later, she served as the player care and team operations coordinator for the Columbus Crew, where she managed team logistics. She also helped pilot and institute the club’s learning and development programming for the complete player pathway and staff.

Faith earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2023, she received the MLS Cup Championship with the Columbus Crew.

A North Carolina native, most of Faith’s friends and family live in the Raleigh-Durham area. She is the youngest of four girls with parents who were always seekers of truth, knowledge, and service, which are qualities that she values and tries to practice daily. She is an “old soul” who, in her free time, enjoys vinyl collecting and DJing. She loves to participate in any activities that get her moving (including hiking, Pilates, basketball, and dancing), reading books that allow her to think critically about herself and the world, and watching movies with loved ones on cozy nights.
