Camilla Wheeless


Camilla is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Camilla has a diverse professional background spanning hospitality, administration, and logistics coordination. She began her career as a tour guide at Warner Bros. Studios, where she welcomed guests from around the world and delivered behind-the-scenes experiences of the studio lot, sound stages, and attractions. She later expanded her expertise into real estate transaction coordination and office management, bringing strong organizational and client service skills to each role.

Most recently, Camilla served as Senior Coordinator of Events & Tours for a national honor society for high school students. In this role, she contributed to the planning and execution of domestic and international educational conferences and academic tours, while leading her team through software transitions and facilitating project management across multiple stakeholder organizations.

Camilla graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies and a minor in Political Science.

Originally from North Carolina, Camilla recently returned after five years in Atlanta, Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her husband, their dog, Poppy, and cat, Iris.
