Anthony Laffoley

Program Director


Anthony collaborates with clients to co-develop solutions that drive results in alignment with their business needs and culture. In his role, Anthony directs every phase of the learning design process, including needs analysis, high-level and detailed design, faculty selection, program orchestration, measurement of impact, and continuous improvement.

Anthony joined UNC Executive Development in 2011, bringing a wealth of multinational experience. Among other roles, he led the global organizational development function at Alliance One International, supporting employees in countries across five continents. Working with mostly Fortune 500 companies since joining UNC, Anthony’s industry experience includes agriculture, digital services, distribution, energy, financial services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology, and transportation.

With a background in psychology, Anthony is a certified coach and currently sits on the board of the Raleigh/Durham Chapter of American Psychological Type. He is a skilled and passionate facilitator, mentor, trainer, and coach, committed to the development of others.

Originally from the island of Jersey in the English Channel, Anthony enjoys giving back as a coach and mentor in The First Tee program, helping youth to develop life and leadership skills through golf.
