Pamela Howell-Davis


Pamela is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Prior to joining the Executive Development team, Pamela lived in Suzhou in the Jiangsu province in China where she volunteered at the Suzhou Singapore International School (SSIS). In this role, she managed the various student and family enrichment programs and served as co-chair on a committee responsible for the school’s largest annual fundraiser. She also sat on the board of the Expat Association of Suzhou, driving membership, and organizing special events for its members. Prior to relocating to Suzhou, Pamela was a Merchandise Manager for 10 years at Nautica International, where she was responsible for Nautica’s retail presence across North Carolina and in Atlanta, Georgia, managing Nautica shops within three major department store chains, including merchandising, local marketing, and event management.

Pamela graduated from Guilford College with a BS in sports management.

Pamela and her husband, Russell, have two daughters. Much of Pamela’s leisure time is spent attending their daughters’ school events and playing tennis. She also enjoys traveling and has visited several countries across Europe and Asia. On long weekends, the family will often head to the beach or the mountains for relaxation.
