Taylor manages the operational side of UNC Executive Development programs, working closely with clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners to ensure each engagement is well-prepared and thoughtfully run. She brings a stakeholder-first mindset to the role, shaped by a background in non-profit development and community relations.
As Senior Operations Manager, Taylor coordinates the logistics, communication, and details that support successful program delivery. She serves as a steady point of contact throughout each engagement, keeping teams aligned and participants supported.
Before joining UNC Executive Development, Taylor was Assistant of Development at Lifesteps, Inc. in Butler, Pennsylvania, where she led special event planning, grant writing, donation tracking, and community relations for the non-profit.
Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, with a concentration in public relations, from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. During her time at Slippery Rock, she served as a FYRST Seminar Peer Leader, working alongside faculty and fellow students in the classroom.
Taylor lives in Pittsboro, North Carolina, and enjoys taking weekend trips to the beach and hunting down a good brunch spot.
