Taylor Ross

Operations Manager


Taylor is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of UNC Executive Development’s programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Prior to joining the Executive Development team, Taylor served as Assistant of Development for Lifesteps, Inc. in Butler, PA, where she exceled at special event planning, grant writing, donation tracking, and community relations.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in communications with a concentration in public relations from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. During her time at Slippery Rock, she served as a FYRST Seminar Peer Leader, where she worked directly with faculty and students in the classroom.

Taylor lives in Cary, NC, and she enjoys spending time with friends and taking weekend trips to the beach. She is always looking for a good brunch spot.
