Dylan McNeilly

Associate Program Director


Dylan is responsible for client engagement support, program and learning solution design, faculty collaboration, impact evaluation, and ongoing program-wide quality and continuity management programs.

An enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader, Dylan values relationship-building above all. He has extensive experience in managing executive leadership and adult learning programs and is committed to driving organizational growth and success.

Dylan spent over 10 years in the public education sector as an educator, administrator, and consultant. He served as an Equity & Social Justice Scholar through the NC Principal Fellows Program. As a program administrator with the NC Department of Public Instruction, he facilitated learning recovery, systemic programming, and continuing education for NC Public School leaders. He has developed programs for online learning, professional development, and data-driven professional learning communities.

Dylan holds a bachelor’s degree in physical and special education and a master’s degree in education administration with a focus on educational equity and social justice. He is currently finishing his doctorate in educational administration with a focus on leadership and professional development.

Dylan is originally from Western North Carolina. He enjoys traveling, sports, live music, and spending time with his family and friends on the Carolina Beaches.
