Eva is responsible for the successful preparation and execution of Executive Development program deliveries.
Prior to joining the team, Eva served as a Program Facilitator with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Chicago, where she supported mentorship programs across the city and maintained strong relationships with corporate partners. In this role, she contributed to program delivery and participant support while strengthening community engagement. During her time there, she was recognized for her impact and dedication, receiving the organization’s internal “Ignitor Award” twice consecutively.
Earlier in her career, Eva served as a North Carolina AmeriCorps Fellow through the UNC School of Government. She was placed with the Buncombe County Manager’s Office, where she supported countywide initiatives and helped build organizational capacity, gaining valuable experience in local government operations and community-focused work.
Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University.
Originally from North Carolina, Eva recently returned to the state after living in Chicago and is excited to continue her work within the UNC ecosystem. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys creative pursuits such as fiber art, watercolor, and digital art, as well as spending time reading at home and relaxing with her cat.
