Christianna Koehler

Senior Program Manager


Christianna is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Christianna’s background is in higher education and leadership program management. She served in Alumni Relations at Harvard Business School from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, she spent six years in Harvard Business School Executive Education, where she managed a flagship comprehensive leadership program. During her tenure, she progressed from Program Coordinator to Senior Program Manager and played a key role in building a new delivery team from the ground up. Among her achievements, she led the first fully virtual onboarding of a new Program Coordinator at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, helping ensure continuity during a period of rapid change.

Christianna holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and dual bachelor’s degrees in English and secondary education from Duquesne University.

Originally from Southern New Hampshire, Christianna enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, participating in weekly trivia, and reading.
