Skylar Potts


Skylar is responsible for the successful preparation and execution of Executive Development program deliveries.

Skylar has extensive experience supporting programs and events in both academic and community-based settings. Through student internships, she assisted in planning and promoting large-scale community events such as the Matthews Chamber of Commerce 45th Anniversary Cocktail Gala, and developed educational webinar content for a local youth nonprofit. She also served as the Communication and Feedback Specialist for UNC Charlotte’s College of Humanities, Earth, and Social Sciences during its inaugural Success Summit for faculty and students.

At UNC Charlotte, Skylar was selected as a LEADS Ambassador, a program focused on innovative thinking and problem-solving, where she helped promote the program to prospective students. She graduated cum laude from UNC Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and a minor in sociology. She also earned the LEADS Certificate in Innovative Thinking and Problem Solving.

Passionate about learning, creativity, and contributing to work that positively impacts others, Skylar enjoys relaxing, spending time on the water, and being with animals.
