Blake Aldridge


Blake has extensive experience in the legal and financial services industries, spending the majority of his career at Fidelity Investments. In his experience, he has honed an expertise in consulting, CRM, and account growth. Known for his passion for people and relationship building, Blake pairs analytical rigor with a consultative approach to client engagement, driving operational innovation and strategic outcomes.

Blake’s background includes cross-functional leadership and deep knowledge of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority standards, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Department of Labor regulations, and fraud investigations. He has served on the Executive Client Experience Leadership Council at Consilio LLC and contributed to the University of North Carolina’s largest capital campaign as a member of the Young Alumni Leadership Council.

Currently based in Raleigh, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife and their English Springer Spaniel. Outside of work, he loves being outdoors, especially along the North Carolina coast, and is an avid Tar Heel fan. Considered a lifelong sports enthusiast, his hobbies include fishing, golf, cooking, enjoying live music, and creating meaningful memories with friends and family.
