Stephanie Broaders


Stephanie serves as the client’s primary resource and partner toward delivering solutions that align with the organization’s people, strategy, and goals. She directs the learning experience, including needs analysis, program design and development, faculty selection, program orchestration, measurement of impact, and sustainment of the organization’s learning objectives after the program’s completion.

Stephanie has extensive experience in the talent management and learning and development fields and served in several leadership roles at General Electric before joining UNC Executive Development. Her accomplishments in her role as GE’s Director of Learning and Development include training 125 vice presidents and other senior leaders on behaviors such as humility, transparency, focus, and leveraging Lean tools to achieve goals. Further, she supported delivery of GE’s first immersion program for newly hired seniors, which provided dedicated development experience through collaboration with senior HR management. She also won the HR Icon Award for building the employee value proposition and competency model for select teams within the organization.

Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on management and finance from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in addition to holding certifications in Hogan Assessments, Leadership Practices, and DISC.

Passionate about helping others define their life’s purpose, Stephanie serves on the board of directors for Classroom Central, a non-profit that fosters equity in education. She is also a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches community. When not at work, she enjoys outdoor cycling, watching basketball and football (especially the OSU Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals!), and cooking.
