Patrick Martin


Patrick collaborates with clients to co-develop solutions that drive results in alignment with their organizational needs and culture. In his role, Patrick directs every phase of the learning design process, including needs analysis, high-level and detailed design, faculty selection, program orchestration, measurement of impact, and continuous improvement.

Patrick brings extensive leadership experience and knowledge of the federal sector from more than 30 years of active-duty service as an officer in the United States Navy, retiring as a Captain. During his military career, Patrick was awarded the Legion of Merit (2), among other awards, and Naval Aviator, and Naval Parachutist insignia. Patrick is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of Rhode Island, a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College, and a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University’s Industrial College of the Armed Forces/Eisenhower School in Washington, DC.

Patrick is certified as a Master Training Specialist, as well as a Professional in Human Resources (HRCI). He earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Patrick and his wife have a daughter currently in college, and a son in high school. Patrick’s hobbies include outdoor sporting activities, cheering for the Tar Heels, and serving with prison ministry teams.
