Jenny Kotowski


Jenny is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, managing all operational elements through completion while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Prior to joining UNC Executive Development, Jenny led the first global end-to-end process of standards management within Quality Systems for a medical device acquisition company. Her responsibilities included managing day-to-day details within each phase of the process, mitigating risk tied to audit-related deadlines, leading the Standards Technical Review Board members and meetings, training colleagues for alignment in processes, and standing as the global main point of contact regarding inquiries and data for standards management within the company.

Upon closing out a lengthy project in her previous role, Jenny was honored to receive the Teleflex Impact Award (2019) for her tenacious work ethic and seamless ability in collaborating among various business units and functions with complex infrastructure to achieve the company deadline as required by the industry’s notifying body.

Jenny graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Performance and a minor in Psychology from Appalachian State University. She translates learned skills into insightful business acumen with collaborative efforts as a team player and exceptional conscientiousness through her communication.

Jenny lives in Raleigh, NC with her rescue hound mutt, Winston. She enjoys attending game nights with friends, walking around Lake Lynn on sunny days, and grabbing a cup of chai at her favorite café while reading witty fiction.
