Jarvis Cooper


Dedicated to assisting and inspiring dynamic and diverse organizations, Jarvis helps develop agile and effective leadership teams. Since 1998, he has been the president of Envision Organizational Consulting in Columbus, Indiana, working with leaders at all levels, from the C-suite to front-line supervisors. He focuses on enhancing coaching skills, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness in leaders. He is also an expert in team-building, specializing in interpersonal skill development, general leadership skills, and creating inclusive work environments that address unconscious bias. Additionally, he excels in strategic planning and execution.

Jarvis has a proven track record of working with global companies, which include Lumen, Michelin Tire Corporation, BMW North America, Kroger, Textron, FORSCOM, Honda, Walmart, Skanska, and Cummins Engine Company.

Jarvis teaches a coaching process that emphasizes improving results and customer outcomes through facts, metrics, rapid feedback, and support. Recognizing that classroom learning alone is not sufficient, he also helps senior leaders build performance coaching skills. He has developed over 300 leaders in interpersonal skills, conflict management, and creating an inclusive workforce. He has collaborated directly with the Michelin Commercial Sales Force leadership to enhance daily performance coaching capabilities as a strategic competitive advantage. As a trusted senior leadership advisor at BMW, he has guided leaders in connecting the dots between strategy formulation and execution.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Jarvis is also certified in multiple disciplines and behavioral assessments.
