Hallie Springer


Hallie is responsible for the successful preparation and execution of Executive Development program deliveries.

Hallie is a public administration professional with a strong background in research and policy analysis. While pursuing her master’s degree, she served as a research assistant with ncIMPACT at the UNC School of Government, contributing to initiatives focused on mental health, workforce development, and affordable housing. Prior to that, she worked with the American Federation of Teachers on the Research, Strategic Initiatives, and Economic Securities team, where she analyzed collective bargaining agreements. She is the author or co-author of 12 publications, including a comprehensive report on economic development in North Carolina.

Hallie holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy and a master’s degree in public administration from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Outside of her professional work, Hallie enjoys crafting, particularly crochet and machine sewing, and is currently working on a granny square blanket.
