Geneil Moore

Program Manager


Geneil is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Prior to working at UNC Executive Development, Geneil worked as an Administrative Assistant at Duke PDC where she managed daily operations of strategic services and network development. Geneil worked as a Benefits Coordinator and St. Mary’s Life Center. She was also employed as an Event Coordinator at La’Bluma Consulting, where she coordinated vendor and professional servicing agreements.

Geneil obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College.

Geneil enjoys working with youth groups and women’s groups. For several years, she has coordinated programs and events for youth and women’s groups in various churches. Geneil enjoys doing outreach programs and community service. She will be organizing a youth outreach group to help with mentoring programs and college scholarships.
