Amber serves as a key support to the senior leadership of UNC Executive Development. She plays an integral role in facilitating the general management of the organization, ensuring strategic objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Amber is a driven and strategic professional with a strong foundation in organizational leadership, known for her ability to align people, processes, and priorities to achieve meaningful results. She has a passion for building efficient systems and empowering teams, bringing clarity, structure, and forward-thinking leadership. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset. She believes that strong leadership is about inspiring and equipping others to excel.

Amber received her bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University in political science and history. She holds two master’s degrees: one from Columbia College in organizational leadership, and one from Clemson University in human resource development.
