Alicia Tacoronte


Alicia is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Alicia’s background includes executive coaching, human resources, and program management. She began her career as an intern at Fast Forward Group, where she discovered her passion for executive development. Later, she joined WesCon, a small security company in Boston, where she contributed to website design and hiring processes. At Verra, a sustainability non-profit, she handled projects from hiring and onboarding to training and development. She also initiated a wellness program, managed leadership and management training programs, and implemented a new learning management system and performance management platform from the ground up.

Alicia holds a degree in management with a minor in creative writing and a focus on environmental studies from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She also studied abroad in Australia, France, and Spain.

In her personal life, Alicia is an avid traveler, having visited over 20 countries across five continents. On weekends, she enjoys traveling to visit friends, crafting, reading, writing, playing games, and engaging in do-it-yourself projects around the house. Additionally, she is the author of Catkins in July, a novel focused on young-adulthood and mental health.
