Jessica Kirtley


Jessica is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the day-to-day liaison between the organization and the Rizzo Conference Center. Jessica manages the Program Coordinator and Student Assistant teams, ensuring programs are running as efficiently as possible and supports efforts to standardize processes and procedures.

Prior to joining UNC Executive Development in April 2008, she served as education coordinator with psychCME, a program for Continuing Medical Education, and before that, as an Administrative Assistant for the Division of Community Health at Duke University.

Jessica holds her BA in communication and minor in leadership studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

A Tar Heel born and bred; Jessica enjoys introducing all things UNC to her two daughters.
