Hannah Boykin

Hannah is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of Executive Development programs, coordinating all operational elements from inception through completion, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, faculty, and delivery partners.

Hannah’s background is in K-12 education. After completing her master’s degree, she moved into school leadership; she served as an elementary school principal for 5 years, primarily in Boston, MA. She then made the transition to the non-profit world, working for New Leaders providing leadership development for K-12 school leaders. In this position, she managed and delivered leadership training sessions for school administrators, teacher leaders, and leadership teams. In this role, she also provided individual coaching for school leaders.

As a principal at Samuel Adams Elementary School in Boston, Hannah led the school’s improvement journey from Level 3 to Level 1 accountability status. Because of this improvement, the organization was one of only 10 schools invited to apply for the EdVestors School on the Move Prize in 2016.

A proud Tar Heel, Hannah graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She also earned a master’s degree in school leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Hannah lives in Durham, NC with her husband and daughter. They love cooking, trying new restaurants, being outside, and spending time with family and friends. They are a family of sports fans, cheering for all UNC teams and watching Formula 1 races on the weekends.
