Ahead of your program’s start date, we connect participants with a dedicated program delivery team that will provide holistic support throughout the entire experience.
Our team provides clear instructions and guidance for accessing and navigating both digital and printed learning materials, including prework, presentations, certificates, and post-program resources.
Whether you are a guest at one of our executive education facilities or a location selected by your organization, we are committed to enhancing your learning experience inside the classroom and beyond. You can also rely on us for recommendations on the best dining and entertainment spots.
DURING YOUR PROGRAM:
Throughout your program, a dedicated program delivery team will serve as your comprehensive guide. These learning and development experts will manage program logistics, provide learning materials, and foster a safe and collaborative environment so that participants can relax and focus on their growth and success.
Leaders who participate in a virtual learning experience will receive communications ahead of the program’s start date. During this initial touchpoint, your program delivery team will share welcome information, prework materials, and login credentials for our learning management system. After logging in, you will have access to all learning materials both during and after the conclusion of your program.
Guests at one of our two Kenan-Flagler Business School executive education facilities can look forward to an exceptional learning experience in a modern environment with world-class amenities. We also invite participants to venture beyond our facilities and explore the vibrant dining and entertainment options in the area.

Rizzo Conference Center is set in a 28-acre, wooded environment located less than 20 minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) and one mile from the UNC-Chapel Hill university campus. Designed exclusively for adult learning, the retreat-like setting underscores our commitment to delivering quality executive education programs that support meaningful reflection and lasting growth.
Located on the fourth floor of the Bank of America Tower in Charlotte, this executive campus offers state-of-the-art classrooms and meeting rooms equipped with the latest A/V capabilities, relaxed gathering spaces, and a large outdoor terrace overlooking Charlotte’s South End. This uptown location is within walking distance of restaurants, the light rail, and numerous attractions.
Our team is skilled in delivering executive development programs wherever our clients are located, including internationally. We can travel to your organization’s preferred location or source a space that meets your requirements and upholds our quality standards.
