Megan Johnson

Dir, Marketing & Communications


Megan oversees all the marketing, communications, and branding efforts for the organization. She works closely with the client engagement team, offering event-related support, collateral development, and proposal design. Megan also collaborates with clients and the program team to develop promotional marketing pieces and program-related assets.

Prior to UNC Executive Development, Megan led an in-house creative team that supported both departments and student organizations at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is credited with building the department from the ground up and turning it into a successful revenue-generating entity on campus.

Megan has a BFA in graphic design from Rochester Institute of Technology. She has pursued and completed a number of certificate programs, including a certificate in Artistic Entrepreneurship.

Megan lives in Chapel Hill with her husband, daughter, and full-of-energy rescue dog. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the water, especially stand-up paddle boarding.
