As President of Executive Development at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Stephen leads the school’s executive education enterprise, working with organizations across industries to develop leaders and address complex business challenges.
Over more than two decades, Stephen has supported organizations through growth, transformation, and change. His experience spans corporate leadership development, executive education, and efforts to strengthen educational institutions in the United States and internationally.
He holds degrees from Elon University, Harvard University, and Vanderbilt University, where he earned a doctorate in leadership and organizational learning. Stephen lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with his wife and daughter.
