Ellen has over 20 years of experience leading professional learning programs that enable growth for organizations and their people. She combines her strong business acumen with creativity and curiosity to build customized initiatives aligned with her clients’ business needs, goals, and culture.

Her extensive experience across a wide range of sectors and business life cycle phases, start-up to Fortune 500, gives her a broad perspective and appreciation of the organizational and cultural nuances of each client. As a strategic business partner, Ellen works with clients and executive teams to understand their unique business context, envision their ideal future state, and develop solutions.

Ellen is an advocate for challenging the status quo to create growth and foster change. We are in a dynamic time in the workplace, and she employs modern learning methods to maximize impact and engage a multi-generational workforce.

Ellen is a UNC-Chapel Hill alumna having earned her BA in Journalism and Communications. While at UNC she played on the women’s rugby team and met her future husband on the pitch. Outside of work she seeks out new experiences including a recent trip to Iceland, salsa dance lessons, judging her daughter’s rock climbing competitions, and running the chains at her son’s football games.
